Omni Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion

Approved users can request deletion through the protected Omni web app or from the same approved messaging account that interacted with Omni.

Include the data type to remove: memories, reminders, files, artifacts, message records, pending actions, or all data associated with your approved identity.

Verification

The administrator verifies that the request came from the same approved user identity or sender before deleting data.

Requests that would delete shared family, team, legal, audit, or security records may require additional confirmation.

Execution

Omni supports deletion through its memory, reminders, files, artifacts, and pending-action systems.

Audit records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, debugging, legal compliance, or confirmation history.

Provider data

If a request was sent to an external provider before deletion, provider-side handling follows that provider's policies.

Omni removes local records and configured Cloudflare storage records under administrator control.
