Omni Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Private deployment

Omni is operated as a private assistant system for approved users. Access is controlled by the administrator through identity protection and configured allowlists.

Do not use Omni if you are not an approved user or are not authorized to submit the data, files, messages, or commands you provide.

Assistant limitations

Omni can draft, summarize, search memory, generate artifacts, and coordinate tools, but users remain responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them.

External actions, destructive actions, public posting, spending money, and high-cost provider calls must be explicitly confirmed before execution.

Messaging channel

Messaging is a notification, approval, reminder, and quick-command channel. It is not the primary general-purpose Omni interface.

Messages are accepted only from configured approved users and are handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Administrator control

The administrator may disable access, rotate secrets, change provider configuration, delete data, and suspend integrations to protect the deployment.

Provider availability, pricing, limits, and policies are controlled by the respective external providers.
